Rick is the pastor of Williamson Wesleyan Church. He started out on trumpet, but has also played tenor horn in the Old Crown Brass Band of Fort Wayne, IN, of which he was a founding member. He picked up the tuba in college, and now plays it again for Black Coal Brass.
Bob is the retired band director of the former Matewan HS. He's BCB's French horn player extraordinaire!
Sam is the band director at Betsy Lane HS in Kentucky. He graduated from the University of Kentucky. Go Blue!!
Thom is the band director at Tug Valley HS in West Virginia. He graduated from Glenville State College. Thom also plays guitar and fronts the TVHS rock band!
Cody has played trumpet all his life, but has also played the French horn for the U. Pike band. He is the pharmacist for CVS just across the bridge from Williamson, WV.
